Refund policy

Change of mind. You may return unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery, as provided for by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Contact us first at infokorepresse@gmail.com with your order number. 

Faulty or incorrect items. Under the Consumer Protection Act, if an item is defective, unsafe, or not what you ordered, you may return it within 6 months for a repair, replacement, or full refund. Send us your order number and clear photos.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within [5–10] business days. Original shipping fees are refunded only for faulty or incorrect items.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards, personalised items, items marked final sale.
