Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are dispatched within [1–2] business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days.

Delays. Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays, public holidays, and peak seasons can extend them. Contact us if your order has not arrived within 14 days.

Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs are for your account.

Damaged or missing parcels. Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos and we will sort it out.
